Accurate Liquid Dispensing Systems
deeterflow® liquid dispensing systems are designed to deliver accurate, repeatable volumes of liquid at the request of an operator. Depending on the model selected, the system can either measure liquid supplied under pressure or use an integrated pump to draw and dispense the required volume.
Both deeterflow options provide measured dispensing with an accuracy of ±1% under the specified operating conditions. They can help reduce manual measuring, improve repeatability and provide greater control over liquid dispensing processes.
Types of Deeter Fluid Dispensers
There are two deeterflow® fluid dispensers available. The correct model depends mainly on whether the application already has a pressurised or gravity-fed liquid supply, or requires a dispenser with its own integrated pump:
deeterflow® Automatic Liquid Dispenser
The deeterflow® Automatic Liquid Dispenser includes an integrated self-priming pump. Once the required volume has been selected, the operator presses a button and the unit draws and dispenses the liquid without further intervention.
Volumes from 0.20 to 100 litres can be selected in 0.01-litre increments. The system provides a nominal flow rate of approximately 3.2 litres per minute, subject to the liquid, tubing, filter condition and height difference between the supply and outlet.
This model is suitable where an integrated pumping system is required rather than relying on an existing pressurised liquid supply.
deeterflow® Liquid Volume Dispenser
The deeterflow® Liquid Volume Dispenser measures and delivers a selected volume from an existing liquid supply. Unlike the automatic model, it does not contain an integrated pump, so a pressure difference is required between the inlet and outlet.
The standard version dispenses between 0.10 and 100 litres in 0.01-litre steps. A low-volume version is also available for quantities between 0.025 and 10 litres, adjustable in 0.001-litre steps.
This electronic liquid dispenser is suited to applications where liquid is already supplied under pressure or by gravity and accurate volume measurement is required.
